• Photo Library: To select videos and images for annotation and save annotated recordings to your device.
• Microphone: To record voice narration during screen recording sessions (optional feature).
• Camera: To enable real-time camera mode for live annotation and recording (optional feature).
• Screen Recording: To record your annotation sessions with drawings and audio across all modes.

1.2 Data Collection

We do NOT collect any personal data, user information, or usage analytics.

• No account registration or login is required
• No user IDs or personal identifiers are collected
• No usage data or analytics are tracked
• No data is transmitted to external servers
• All processing occurs locally on your device

2. How We Use Your Information

2.1 Local Processing Only

All video processing, recording, and annotation activities occur entirely on your iPhone or iPad. We do not access, store, or transmit any of your content remotely.

2.2 Specific Use Cases

• Photo Library Access: Used solely to read videos and images you select for annotation and write recorded videos back to your photo library.
• Microphone Access: Used exclusively to incorporate voice narration into your local screen recordings when enabled.
• Camera Access: Used exclusively to capture live video feed directly on your device when camera mode is enabled. Camera footage is processed locally and never transmitted.
• Screen Recording: Captures your annotation session locally (video, image, or camera mode) and saves it to your device's photo library.

3. Data Storage and Security

3.1 On-Device Storage

All videos, recordings, and annotations are stored locally on your iPhone or iPad within the Photos app. The App does not maintain its own data storage or databases.

3.2 Data Retention

We do not retain any of your data. The App does not have servers, cloud storage, or backup systems. Your content remains exclusively on your device under your control.

3.3 Security Measures

Since all processing is local and no data leaves your device, there are no external data security risks associated with the App's normal operation.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

4.1 No Third-Party Sharing

We do NOT share, sell, rent, or disclose your data to any third parties.

• No advertising partners
• No analytics services
• No data brokers
• No third-party integrations

4.2 System Frameworks

The App uses Apple's native frameworks (AVFoundation, ReplayKit, PencilKit, Photos) which operate within Apple's iOS security sandbox. These frameworks do not transmit your data outside your device.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is suitable for users of all ages. Since we do not collect personal information, we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Parents and guardians can allow children to use the App without privacy concerns.

6. Your Rights and Choices

6.1 Permission Control

You have full control over the App's permissions through iOS Settings:

• Photo Access: Can be revoked in Settings > Privacy > Photos
• Microphone Access: Can be revoked in Settings > Privacy & Security > Microphone
• Camera Access: Can be revoked in Settings > Privacy & Security > Camera
• Screen Recording: Requires explicit user permission each time

6.2 Data Deletion

Since all data is stored on your device in the Photos app, you can delete any recordings at any time through the Photos app. Deleting the App itself does not affect your saved recordings.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. We will post the updated policy on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

8. Data Protection Regulations

8.1 GDPR (EU Users)

The App does not process personal data, as defined by the GDPR. All data remains on your device. You have the right to:

• Access your data (through the Photos app)
• Delete your data (through the Photos app)
• Revoke permissions (through iOS Settings)

8.2 CCPA (California Residents)

The App does not sell personal information. Since no data is collected or transferred, CCPA disclosure requirements do not apply.
